Chris Cronas, principal consultant and founder, has over 25 years of experience leading initiatives on behavior intervention, multilingual learning, multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), Social Emotional Learning, Cultural Competency, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (CCDEI), implementation science, data-informed stewardship, and leadership coaching. He has held successful leadership positions at the school and district levels, having served in assistant principal, principal, director, and executive director roles.  

He brings a highly successful record of school and system improvement including leading the highest performing school in Seattle Public Schools and turning around the lowest performing school in Seattle Public Schools. He has been coaching school and district leaders since 2010, supporting them with initiatives that include MTSS, family engagement, culture and climate, professional development, behavior intervention, PBIS, and systems development.

Recognized by senior leaders in education for solutions-oriented leadership, dynamic keynote speaking and presentation skills, and engaging diverse audiences on complex topics in service of student achievement, Chris is not afraid to say the hard things while introducing these challenging topics in a way that is disarming and safe. Chris has delivered multiple keynote addresses and presentations on a range of topics that include DEI, MTSS, ACEs and Trauma-Sensitive Practice, Multilingual Learning, Behavior Intervention and PBIS, Family Engagement, and Progress Monitoring.
